Extremely competent and customer-friendly – thank you again! In detail: Two days before Christmas, our 45cm dishwasher broke down. Mr. Hochegger first advised me very politely and competently regarding a possible DIY repair and even had a spare part (water meter) available. When this didn't help, the appliance was inspected at the company on the very last working day(!) and, after the inspection was unsuccessful, a replacement was sold to me.
Just before the Christmas holidays, our dryer broke down. I quickly opened it up myself and discovered that the front guide rollers were broken. After a bit of an ordeal in Graz, I ended up at the Hochegger company. I was greeted very warmly by a young employee who immediately checked in the warehouse to see if the replacement part was in stock. Luckily, both rollers were available, and the price was absolutely reasonable. While waiting, I had a little time to browse the store. After that, I knew for sure that my next washing machine or dryer would be purchased here. Many thanks to the Hochegger company and the lovely lady. They were a great help. By the way... I've installed the rollers. They fit perfectly. Best regards
