I am not in the habit of writing reviews very often but a small independent repair shop such as Hirschmann needs all the positive feedback it can garner to survive and prosper. My interactions with the firm, starting from the first phone conversation, were informative. The service technician arrived early on the scheduled date, was knowledgeable, gave me a fair and accurate estimate about the repair at hand for my 30+ years-old Miele cooktop, and completed the repair satisfactorily. I have no hesitation in recommending Hirschmann should you need to breathe some life into your old appliance(s) and are looking for a reliable and independent repair shop in Graz.
For the 2nd time in a few weeks, I had to find a spare part for my favorite Mocca (coffee) maker, by DeLonghi. The phone service is friendly and competent; they look up your device, and you get a phone call back to tell you whether they have it in store. So far, they always had everything I needed in stock. (They were amazingly nice, considering I was asking about a spare seal ring which costs just slightly more than one Euro.)
