I've been waiting for my Sony stereo system to be repaired there since November 2023. I already paid a €60 deposit on site and haven't received any information about the status of my order. I understand the closure due to health reasons. However, this long wait is completely unacceptable, especially considering my deposit. I would like my device and my money back.
In 2023, we sent your Bang & Olufsen turntable for repair. Since then, despite numerous attempts to contact you, we have not received the device back. No one is reachable by phone or email; instead, we are constantly greeted with a recorded message stating that operations are not possible due to health reasons. The location also appears to be permanently closed. I fully understand that health issues or personal circumstances can cripple a business or make work difficult. However, when a repair order remains unfinished for over a year (!), no one is reachable, no one returns calls, and my device has vanished without a trace, it's not just a difficult situation, it's downright outrageous. My understanding has clearly reached its limits here. I hope this matter is resolved soon!
The owner is incredibly courteous and helpful. While other companies simply wanted to replace the washing machine parts with new ones, he repaired them at the component level. This is not only cheaper but also much more sustainable. Now the washing machine is working perfectly again. All in all, I can highly recommend this repair service!
VLK-Elektronik, run by father Manfred and son Markus, is known for its excellent repair work, even in difficult cases. Both are extremely friendly and very dedicated to solving even the most complicated problems. For example, the difficult and intricate repair of my old, formerly very expensive Sony receiver was successful, and it works like new again. An advantage is that they accept repair receipts; a disadvantage might be the somewhat long repair time. Overall, a highly recommended electronics repair shop.
The two gentlemen – father and son – are very friendly and, above all, extremely helpful. After numerous attempts to repair it, they told me that my device (which I had already paid for) was beyond repair and offered to replace it free of charge. Many thanks again for your patience and the new device – it works perfectly! I can definitely recommend VLK. The repair bonus can also be redeemed at VLK. Excellent!
