My request was processed very quickly, and everyone was very friendly and understanding, from reception to the installer and the billing department. (They were considerate of my pets and my sensitivities (anxiety disorder).) The appointment was the very next day. They didn't try to sell me anything overpriced. My wishes were taken 100% seriously. The consultation was also very competent. The employee was super friendly, approachable, generally very positive, and competent. He also answered my questions politely. The price-performance ratio was perfectly fine. The final cost stayed within the approximate price range I had quoted beforehand; there were no surprises. I will definitely use this company again if needed and can highly recommend them to anyone!
