Josef Schrattner gave us excellent advice from the very beginning. The negotiated terms of our home construction loan were truly very good. Thank you so much!

A heartfelt thank you again from us! We can wholeheartedly recommend you; you were always friendly, competent, and available, and we could rely on you – truly fantastic work! You not only secured two excellent loans for us, but also provided us with superb support in every respect and helped us get out of a loan with a very high interest rate! Thank you again!!
We were promptly informed about all progress regarding the financing and are delighted with the expert advice! We are happy to recommend Mr. Schrattner!
