Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster: communication was severely lacking and only occurred after repeated requests. All of the company's services, from drying measures to remediation work, were completely inadequate and unprofessional.
I can highly recommend this company. They accommodate special customer requests. They even take care of the electricity bill when using specific equipment by covering the costs through insurance. The employees are very dedicated and conscientious; I would especially like to commend master carpenter Adrian. He not only works quickly but also precisely, and advises customers on topics such as lighting and electrical systems. I can only congratulate Brugger on this team of employees!
I contacted the Brugger company about a blocked sewage pump. It needed to be dismantled and cleaned manually. They sent someone with a vacuum truck, who flushed the shaft once, then shrugged and said he couldn't clean the pump, and left. They charged me €381 for 15 minutes of work, and the next day I had to hire another company to fix the problem, which cost around €400, although the problem was finally solved (a total of 3 hours of work). I will never use these rip-off artists again.
