We were in the showroom today, and the sales consultant barely greeted us. He didn't even bother to get up and ask if we could help. Of course, we left immediately. Absolutely unacceptable! We would never recommend them!

Today I visited the showroom in Graz on short notice. I received friendly, professional, and competent advice from Mr. Ebner, even without an appointment. Mr. Ebner addressed our plans (new construction) as if it were his own house and also considered our financial situation, not just offering the most expensive doors. He discussed both the advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, Mr. Ebner just processed my entire inquiry at 6:35 PM, categorizing all the doors by floor and sending the partner nearest me to prepare a quote. Dear DANA management, Mr. Ebner is a very competent consultant with a wealth of experience! You don't find an employee like him everywhere. Mr. Ebner, thank you for the valuable advice.
