Mr. Hamlitsch and his team are extremely reliable, competent, fast, and affordable—simply top-notch. In an emergency (the whole house was without power on a Friday), they helped me immediately despite internal scheduling conflicts and even suggested the most cost-effective, yet still the best, solution, which they then implemented immediately (he even brought all the necessary specialized spare parts with him). As an electrical engineer myself, I can assess their professional quality and expertise and therefore commend them as truly exceptional. The billing was extremely fair (they even waived the waiting time due to the energy supplier's delay), and the spare parts costs reflected the current lower market prices. I don't usually write reviews, but I want to give special recognition to such exceptional companies, because they are the ones who keep our economy running while still maintaining a customer-centric approach. Therefore, I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and hope they will have time for me again in the future. 😉👍
A very competent, polite, and reliable electrician. He helps even in very problematic situations: For example, when an induction hob needed to be connected on the Friday before Easter and the scheduled installer was unavailable. This time, he pointed out a problem I hadn't been able to detect and repaired it very quickly. Thanks, see you next time.
I received excellent and highly competent advice over the phone regarding a planned modification to my apartment's electrical distribution panel. The main recommendation was that the modification I was planning probably wouldn't be worthwhile. When someone advises me *not* to spend any money with them (which directly contradicts their business model), it greatly strengthens my trust in their integrity. The technical information provided (including details on legal requirements, etc.) was also top-notch. So, next time I actually need an electrician, I know who to call first!
