In this case, even one star is too much! About a month ago, a new electric stove was delivered, which Gebrüder Weiss couldn't install. I needed an electrician because of the old wiring. The stove is connected to an under-sink water heater and a dishwasher, and after connecting the new stove, the fuse kept tripping. So, I started looking for an electrician and, unfortunately, let myself be swayed by negative reviews. The technicians arrived on time as agreed and quickly found the problem: the water heater was defective. They also wanted to install new wiring, which involved chasing, etc. The estimate was €450 to €600. I asked how much the water heater would cost, and the only answer I got was, "It's expensive." They immediately set off to get a new one. When these technicians returned, the water heater was installed right away, and the other one started writing up a work order. I asked again how much the boiler would cost, and received the silly, joked answer, "1000 euros." I asked when they would replace the pipes, and the answer was "never," followed by a half-baked explanation. When I asked what the total cost would be, I was given the same figure as before: 450-600 euros, even though only the boiler had been replaced and no new pipes had been laid! The real shock came with a bill for 580 euros, charging for 3 hours of labor, when the two workers had perhaps only spent half an hour each actually working in the apartment! I absolutely cannot recommend them!
