After extensive research on parquet flooring, we came across the company Schantl and were definitely not disappointed. From the very beginning, we felt we were in good hands, and the entire process, from planning to installation, was absolutely professional and competent. We are delighted with the parquet flooring and the staircase, which we also ordered through Schantl. Both have become true highlights of our new house and amaze everyone who enters the house.

Mr. Schantl and his team did a fantastic job; the flooring and stairs were laid meticulously. The boss was always available as a contact person, and minor repairs were quickly carried out afterward.

Tried to obtain cleaning products for my wood floor from this company as they are the regional retailer. I called three times but was told every time that "they had just run out" of it and new stock would be coming in soon, asking me to call again in 2-3 weeks... back to the start, repeat. Even an email with the request to let me know when the cleaning products were available remained unanswered. I ended up ordering directly from the manufacturer - that did cost me a little extra for shipping but I had what I needed within two business days!
