We stumbled upon Parkett shop and Mr. Schantl by chance, and it was a real stroke of luck. Mr. Schantl was always available and gave us lots of great advice. We had him do our wood floors, stairs, and even some window sills. The result: we're thrilled! It's a real joy to see our floors. Tried to obtain cleaning products for my wood floor from this company as they are the regional retailer. I called three times but was told every time that "they had just run out" of it and new stock would be coming in soon, asking me to call again in 2-3 weeks... back to the start, repeat. Even an email with the request to let me know when the cleaning products were available remained unanswered. I ended up ordering directly from the manufacturer - that did cost me a little extra for shipping but I had what I needed within two business days!
