A fantastic team that, despite all the challenges (old concrete – drilling the holes was hard work!), managed to install a split air conditioner in about 10 hours – it was truly a sweaty job. Courtesy, cleanliness, professionalism... absolutely top-notch! I can wholeheartedly recommend this company in terms of professionalism and customer satisfaction!
Your service technician arrived 20 minutes early, equipped with only a spray bottle. The service: duration less than 30 minutes, two filters in the indoor unit rinsed at the tap, and the outdoor unit deemed to be in good working order and hosed down. Charging €229 for this is quite audacious. My cleaning lady does this service for €20. Please remove me from your customer list. Sincerely, P. Seifert
I had a new air conditioning system installed. Both the on-site consultation before the installation and the installation itself were of impeccable quality. Special requests and customizations were handled efficiently and without any fuss, and everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction. The billing was transparent, easy to understand, and fair, and I am truly very happy with the result. While the overall cost wasn't cheap, it was definitely excellent value for the quality and the price-performance ratio was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will certainly use them again if I need their services in the future.
