Excellent service! We had a problem with the door lock, and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The technician was incredibly friendly and competent. The best part was the transparency: they explained what was happening and how we should understand it, as well as how we could potentially prevent similar issues in the future. All in all, a very good customer service provider! Would recommend! 😃
On June 30th, I lost my apartment key and hired Sammer Locksmiths to unlock my apartment. They did a very good job, installing a loaner cylinder lock with three keys, even though I only needed one. Thankfully, I found my key again, and they only installed a new cylinder lock. I was billed for the loaner cylinder and keys, which I found incomprehensible; I just had to accept it. Then I supposedly received an invoice, which I never did, and further letters, allegedly payment reminders, which I also never received. Mr. Sammer didn't call me until December and was very unpleasant about the payment, which I couldn't make because I hadn't received an invoice. I then gave him my email address and was able to transfer the outstanding amount. Politeness is a virtue, and it has to be learned. I will never use this company again; I felt like a criminal. Of course, there was no apology from him because he believed he was in the right. The costs were very high for a total working time of 30 minutes, completely excessive.
