Our door lock had locked us out, and the Guldenbrein emergency service (the boss himself!) was on the scene in no time on Saturday evening. We were informed of the costs and given an arrival time right from the call. A quality Styrian company!

I called them several times from 20pm on Friday night till 11am on Saturday morning and I never got a reply. I don't understand why they did never reply if they are said to be 24h/365 days. I was in an emergency and couldn't get my door opened by them. Thank you for nothing.
