Beware of this company. I had to have three locks changed in an emergent situation (my house had been broken into with the old key) and the bill came for €1.622. When I called to ask for an explanation, I was simply told it was my fault. Make sure to be careful.
Nobody answered my phone call. My mother fell ill. Firefighters in Graz saved her!
The gentleman there copied my house key within a couple of minutes and was very helpful.
I called them several times from 20pm on Friday night till 11am on Saturday morning and I never got a reply. I don't understand why they did never reply if they are said to be 24h/365 days. I was in an emergency and couldn't get my door opened by them. Thank you for nothing.
