I would have given 5 stars! But charging €80 for a 2-second job is really steep, especially since he's often there in 5 minutes because he's not far from my house! He does his job well, but charges a lot! In my case, the door was simply closed but not locked; there was no key in the lock on the inside, and it wasn't locked either! Because we have a doorknob on the outside, my wife and I accidentally let the door close behind us! Unfortunately, it's still our fault, but as mentioned, if the man happens to be further away when needed, then you have to pay even more! He also gives very good advice and recommends ways to prevent this from happening again in the future! So, despite everything, I highly recommend him, and I'm practically a regular customer! A discount sometime in the future would be great, and if that ever happens, I'll definitely post it here, and then it'll be 5 stars for this company or this gentleman! 👌🔝 Regards
I brought two keys in for repair. Unfortunately, he forgot to work on one of them. After an unsuccessful attempt, I went back to have it fixed. I was treated rudely. Then I brought shoes in for repair. Unfortunately, I only tried them on at home and noticed that the same damage was still there (not visible, as it was on the inside of the sole). Driving over 7 km each way isn't worth it. We'll find a different repair service.
Highly recommended! So far, I've commissioned this company for two jobs – here's the result: 1) Job completed in one day – perfect. 2) Job also completed in one day, however, the original key file was no longer usable for the old locks, so rework was necessary. After the first, second, and third attempts, it wasn't successful. This meant an on-site inspection of all the locks, tests with all the keys, and after cleaning two of the locks, everything worked (plus, I received two extra keys free of charge as an apology/compensation/etc. => Thank you!). Excellent service, and therefore, as mentioned at the beginning, a clear recommendation!
Where craftsmanship is truly craftsmanship. My leather shoes are in the best hands here, because they still work with care and love. I've always been satisfied and will definitely come back in the future, because Manfred is a true expert, the likes of which are rare these days.
