I discovered a wasp nest a few weeks ago and called first thing Monday morning. The technician arrived just under two hours later that same day and was quite friendly. He removed the nest fairly quickly, but unfortunately, he didn't tell me that it would create a huge mess, which I then had to painstakingly clean up because my balcony furniture was completely covered in dirt. If I had known that, I would have cleared everything away beforehand. There was also no communication about payment. Only afterward did he tell me I had to pay €160 in cash. So, I had to go and get the money afterward. Clear communication over the phone would have been helpful. In short: wasp nest gone, but communication was lacking. Thanks anyway!
Friendly, quick and competent information!
Today, May 6th, at 11 am, a woman (I unfortunately don't know her name) came to our house to get rid of the ants. A big plus was that she called beforehand to make sure we were home. She was really nice and friendly, worked quickly and thoroughly, got everything done in no time, and also answered all my questions. I would give her more stars if I could! :) Thank you so much!

I've never experienced such an incredibly unpleasant person on the phone! We had a mouse problem, and the property management company gave me this number because he's the pest control guy in the area. I clearly gave him a job that I would pay for. After I told him we needed help with the mice because they were in the walls, he said, "I don't know your house inside and out; I wouldn't even know where to set traps." Unpleasant and unprofessional—definitely not recommended!!! In contrast, I can highly recommend the company Smarthygiene (in Grambach).
