Friendly, quick and competent information!
Today, May 6th, at 11 am, a woman (I unfortunately don't know her name) came to our house to get rid of the ants. A big plus was that she called beforehand to make sure we were home. She was really nice and friendly, worked quickly and thoroughly, got everything done in no time, and also answered all my questions. I would give her more stars if I could! :) Thank you so much!

I've never experienced such an incredibly unpleasant person on the phone! We had a mouse problem, and the property management company gave me this number because he's the pest control guy in the area. I clearly gave him a job that I would pay for. After I told him we needed help with the mice because they were in the walls, he said, "I don't know your house inside and out; I wouldn't even know where to set traps." Unpleasant and unprofessional—definitely not recommended!!! In contrast, I can highly recommend the company Smarthygiene (in Grambach).
