Everything went perfectly. They were very easy to reach by phone, very friendly and accommodating. The appointment was arranged quickly, and the owner himself was there and took care of the problem. The bed bugs didn't stand a chance after this professional extermination 😊 Thank you!!!
Very friendly and competent staff. We were thoroughly informed about the work process and costs, both by phone and during a subsequent on-site visit. All our questions were answered professionally. We can wholeheartedly recommend this company.
I called early Monday morning and was immediately given an appointment for the following afternoon. I'm absolutely thrilled! They were so competent and friendly, both on the phone and in person. No other pest control company is this good! I can recommend this company 100%! Mr. Christian Auberger came to our house himself and treated the fleas (which came in with the cat :(). All our questions were answered, he explained everything in detail, and even left his number so we could contact him anytime, at any time, if we had any further questions or problems. The price/performance ratio is simply fantastic! Friendliness - Top-notch! 100% recommendation from us! 🙃👌👍
A very friendly and helpful team. They took their time for us, responded quickly, provided excellent advice, and the on-site service was very satisfactory. I hope we won't need their support again, but if we do, they'll definitely be the first number we call ;-)
Highly competent and prompt handling of our beetle infestation. I would recommend Adonex without hesitation. Quick appointment scheduling and professional work by the owner!
