The company visited us several times with different employees due to a beetle infestation. The exact same treatment was applied repeatedly – without effect. After about a year, a more comprehensive strategy was finally implemented. When asked when the treatment would take place, the answer was: "I'll come first thing in the morning." Only after repeated inquiries was it possible to narrow down the appointment to between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. The employee finally arrived at 8:30 a.m. because he had to complete another project in the house first, even though we had told him we needed to leave for work as soon as possible. The employee stood out for his particularly unprofessional and rude responses. To name a few: "The procedure is 100% effective; no beetles will survive. Unless you bring some in and then tell me they survived." "I want to see pictures of the beetles; show them to me now." The treatment product also partially settled on our belongings in the apartment (including new leather shoes). When asked if it would damage the material, the employee replied: "We're only concerned with effectiveness; the rest is irrelevant. It's just dust, so don't tell me anything's broken because of it." When asked how long to ventilate after the treatment, the answer was: "If it's still burning your eyes, it wasn't long enough." Exactly how long one should avoid entering the apartment and how to clean afterward remained unanswered. I can't yet assess the long-term effectiveness of the last treatment.
Very friendly and helpful staff on the phone, as well as the technician on site. We were informed about the price in advance. The advice was good and competent, and the on-site service was also very satisfactory.
15 minutes of work (insects) and no success despite a bill of almost €300.00. (Upper Austria call-out) I was informed that there would be no positive result – then I called and was met with such rudeness, disrespect, and almost aggressive behavior. I absolutely cannot recommend this company. This is no way to treat a customer.

They were nice enough, but in the end I paid €100 for their travel (a mere 14km each way) for a 15-minute inspection during which nothing was done, since the company unfortunately doesn't climb onto roofs and therefore couldn't remove the wasp nest. So, no service provided, and I paid a hefty price for it. What a shame.
