If I could give -10 stars I would right away. The absolute worst property management there could be. I have a balcony leak for 16 months already and they don't even reply my emails. absolutely the worst client oriented company there is.
Not even one star, an outrage!
Absolutely not recommended. Strangely high utility bills. Peculiar and incomprehensible rules for finding new tenants (no information could be provided regarding rent increases; who would rent an apartment without knowing the final rent?). It's simply awful, especially since there are probably around 20 vacant apartments, and nothing is being done about it. Long-term tenants are being forced out. Communication is difficult, and the service is generally very poor.
Beware of this property management company! Unfortunately, I can only advise against working with this property management company. They either don't respond to calls or emails at all, or only after an extremely long delay. Another extremely concerning issue is the unusually high staff turnover. There are constantly new contacts who seem barely trained and have no information about the current condition of the property or past events. This makes communication even more difficult. Furthermore, the operating cost statement raises questions. It regularly contains questionable items that cannot be explained in any way. Transparency and accountability are completely lacking. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience.
By far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with.
