I've been a Fairwert customer for over a year now and have always had positive experiences. Ms. Stelzl's service is courteous and highly professional. I own apartments that I rent out, and Fairwert provides me with support in this area. I'm kept informed every step of the way and am very satisfied with the process, from placing the listing to handing over the keys to the new tenant. Last year we tried to sell our apartment through this company, but unfortunately, the first employee assigned to us was almost impossible to reach and kept offering explanations for why the listing was repeatedly postponed. He was then replaced by another employee who initially seemed promising (in terms of contact and transparency), but unfortunately, that didn't work either. All in all, it was a very frustrating experience! I ended up selling the apartment privately (after canceling the contract), and the company contacted me again about the listing without realizing that the property was already in their database.

The company was really helpful overall, from start to finish. I was impressed that they were willing to make time on the weekend for contract signing, and how they still respond to messages and questions months after the contract was signed. Really friendly, would recommend
