I would like to commend Mr. Robert Krenn at this point. From the very beginning, I (as a buyer) felt I was in good hands. He provided helpful advice and impressed me with his friendly, calm, unassuming, and, above all, non-pushy manner. Mr. Krenn was very flexible with scheduling and always available to answer questions. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the apartment, and if he couldn't answer questions immediately, he researched them and provided a prompt reply. This positive experience was a major factor in my decision to ultimately purchase the apartment.
