After our initial discussions, Mr. Manuel Kmentt completely alleviated our concerns and doubts regarding the urgently needed (due to repeated water leaks into our living area and fuse box 😱) renovation of our roof terrace. He very empathetically convinced us with his expert knowledge and guided us superbly through our project. During the renovation, the plants were temporarily stored on the street side using a crane and then carefully and precisely repositioned. The result is a perfectly executed roof terrace, built to the latest standards, with paving slabs on pedestals and rails. The terrace passed its "baptism of fire"—several heavy downpours with strong gusts of wind—perfectly. We no longer have any water leaking into our apartment.
