We had our gutters and sheet metal work on our house serviced and maintained by the Kmentt company. The consultation was excellent, and the work was carried out very thoroughly and precisely. The two employees were exceptionally friendly and pleasant. It's wonderful that companies like this still exist. We can recommend them 100%.

We had a roughly 36 square meter terrace in Graz that needed a complete renovation. First, demolition work had to be carried out, generating several cubic meters of construction debris. Scaffolding, a freight elevator, containers, etc., were necessary. After that, multiple layers of waterproofing were required, drainage systems installed, and so on. Finally, porcelain stoneware tiles were laid on pedestals, along with edging and much more. Everything went smoothly with this company from start to finish. The agreed-upon deadlines were always met, and the estimate matched the final invoice. The price was truly fair! Furthermore, the staff were very friendly and valued cleanliness. We are very satisfied with the final result; it's great that companies like this still exist. We wholeheartedly recommend Kmentt!

After our initial discussions, Mr. Manuel Kmentt completely alleviated our concerns and doubts regarding the urgently needed (due to repeated water leaks into our living area and fuse box 😱) renovation of our roof terrace. He very empathetically convinced us with his expert knowledge and guided us superbly through our project. During the renovation, the plants were temporarily stored on the street side using a crane and then carefully and precisely repositioned. The result is a perfectly executed roof terrace, built to the latest standards, with paving slabs on pedestals and rails. The terrace passed its "baptism of fire"—several heavy downpours with strong gusts of wind—perfectly. We no longer have any water leaking into our apartment.
