The installation by the company went smoothly. The installation and commissioning itself were fine.
Quick appointment, detailed presentation, and excellent advice regarding available products and the appropriate size. Punctual and high-quality installation and commissioning. All necessary paperwork and applications to the electricity supplier were handled. Shortly before commissioning, the state subsidy was abruptly discontinued and could no longer be applied for. Other installers had prior knowledge of this and submitted their subsidy applications early, around the same time. In summary, highly recommended for consultation, installation, and commissioning.
The installation of the photovoltaic system, including the energy storage, went smoothly, as did the coordination with the local council and the electricity supplier. The staff were available to answer all questions competently and promptly.

Excellent service from start to finish. The assembly and installation work were carried out very cleanly, and the explanations and instructions were also very detailed! When you consider the work performed (initial appointment, planning, assembly, commissioning, documentation, processing, funding applications and submission to the local/state government, and final consultation) against the costs, it's a fair price! I'd also like to give a special mention to Mr. Unterweger, but especially to Ms. Kedl; they were truly customer-friendly and helpful. The system has now been in operation for several months and is running smoothly!
