This is one of the best customer services I've received in a long time. They identified my vintage reclaimed panel from just a few pictures. Even without a model number. Despite this being soooo long out of warranty, they were incredibly helpful in providing the information I requested. Shout out to Michael Körner in particular for his very polite, friendly and helpful service. Standing by their products for as long as they still exist, apparently.
