We urgently needed a new patio door and called the Maitz company. A huge thank you to Mr. Politsch: we called, and he advised us over the phone the same day. He came to measure our patio door the next day and made sure we received it before Christmas. Many thanks for the expert help!

A few years ago, Dr. Maitz installed several windows in our house. Within the first two years, panes cracked several times without any external cause. After the third crack, the company finally took a closer look and determined that the glazier had done a poor job (we had to pay for the two previous glass replacements). The windows were also installed in such a way that we have problems with water leaks, and we shouldn't expect any help from them. Even the company's own service technician said it was "obvious" that they weren't watertight, but he couldn't explain why they were installed that way. We regret giving Dr. W. Maitz the contract back then. Addendum: With this response, the company seems to be trying to make themselves look good, as if they were trying hard, but it's not only hypocritical (they haven't been particularly willing to correct mistakes and find a solution so far), but it's also untrue. My follow-up email hasn't even been answered.

Our house is over 100 years old and we've lovingly renovated it over the past few years, paying meticulous attention to detail. We tried to restore old features whenever possible, and anything that needed replacing had to meet high standards. Therefore, choosing our partners was crucial, as we needed to be certain they would work with the utmost care. We then faced the challenge that our patio door was beyond repair and we needed a new one. Ideally, it would also have to have a fly screen. However, it had to match our wood paneling aesthetically. After many discussions, we finally contacted Dr. Maitz and were impressed by their expert advice and honest answers. We felt they clearly communicated what was possible and what wasn't. We opted for a double-leaf door with a wood finish and a very fine-mesh fly screen. The team worked extremely quickly and cleanly, and the result is truly impressive! We would definitely recommend Dr. Maitz!

We had six windows fitted with blinds and fly screens today. It was amazing how precise and fast the workers were. They removed all the old windows and installed the new ones in less than a day. The work was wonderfully precise, and there was hardly any mess. Thank you so much for the perfect job!
