We had a grinding noise coming from our washing machine – naturally, after the warranty had expired – which is why I contacted the company for the first time. The technician arrived quickly and, with considerable effort – our bathroom is very small – took the washing machine apart and found a tiny piece of a sweater that was the culprit. I will certainly remain a loyal customer and will contact them again if I need their help.

Perfect service! My WMF kettle was defective (purchased online from Amazon). Amazon referred me to Florian Service regarding the warranty claim. I dropped off the defective kettle at Florian, who forwarded it to WMF. Florian Service then delivered a replacement kettle directly to my address. Very customer-friendly service. Thank you!
