Total incompetence. My dryer remained untouched for five weeks, with no response to my calls or emails, and promises were not kept. I then took the unrepaired appliance to a competitor without a diagnosis. The next day, they repaired it after explaining the problem over the phone.
I went to the store with my two small household appliances. They were very friendly and told me they would take care of it. I then received a call asking what was wrong with the appliance and picked it up two days later. So far, everything is working perfectly. The price was also reasonable. I'm very satisfied.
We had a grinding noise coming from our washing machine – naturally, after the warranty had expired – which is why I contacted the company for the first time. The technician arrived quickly and, with considerable effort – our bathroom is very small – took the washing machine apart and found a tiny piece of a sweater that was the culprit.
