My Melitta coffee machine was sent in for repair, and everything went perfectly. The repair was quick and the coffee machine is working again 😊👍

Disastrous service!!! After waiting three weeks for a technician, he discovered a spring that had popped out, reattached it, and left five minutes later. When asked if there was a reason for this and if it could happen again, the answer was no. Of course, two hours later, it stopped working again… Customer service was unavailable due to the weekend – I called immediately on Monday and learned that HGS is no longer responsible for AEG appliances. Even the owner refused to help, as his company was no longer responsible… I probably don't need to say more… except this: a YouTube tutorial explained that a popped spring is typical of a defective drive belt… since no one wanted to help us, my husband took care of it himself… very exciting, as he's not a technician…

I wanted to get our coffee machine repaired because it kept displaying an error message. I didn't hear anything from the company for four weeks. After contacting them, I was able to pick up the machine; according to the employee, nothing was wrong with it. The bill still came to over €60. I tried it at home, and the same error message appeared as before the supposed repair. I took the machine back again. Now, apparently, the drive mechanism was broken. The cost was €120, not including labor. I was offered a repair bonus, which would supposedly make it cheaper. I waited another two weeks and drove back myself. Now, the replacement part suddenly costs around €200, not including labor. The bottom line: three trips for nothing but trouble, €60 down the drain, and in the end, I'm just going to buy a new machine. :( What a shame!!

A 5 km trip, a flat fee of almost €60. After barely 1.5 minutes, they determined that the device (4.5 years old) was beyond repair and not worth the effort. They were only there for 5 minutes, but charged for 30 minutes, also at a flat rate, totaling over €40. Plus 20% VAT. The bill came to €120. Consumer protection acknowledges the price gouging but can't help me. They can do whatever they want. Never again! I'll warn everyone.

When you walk into the shop, it smells like a smoky bar. Not exactly pleasant. I find my replacement part far too expensive, and it doesn't even fit properly. There's no warranty on the part if you install it yourself. I'm not paying almost €150 for installation, including travel, when all they do is tighten and loosen six screws.
