Thanks to the friendly and competent telephone support, I was able to repair my Teuco shower cubicle with steam sauna function myself and at a reasonable cost. Sehr teuer. Minimum €100 if they are going to come home irrespective if it is 1 minute job or upto 30 minutes.
Had the part I was after second hand for ¼ less than the online price for a new solenoid water valve assembly. Mind you, the new original one would have been more than twice as much. Easy fix for euro 30 to a 20 year old Miele washing machine
