AMAZING repair service!! Our vacuum cleaner was extremely complex, the battery was incredibly difficult to access, and after two other repair shops had already failed to help, we finally ended up at S.U.E. To be honest, we had almost given up. It was a device from a Chinese manufacturer, and even spare parts were hard to find. Despite this, the service really went the extra mile: they even ordered the right parts directly from China, just to get my device working again! The repair was anything but easy, but the team worked with impressive patience, expertise, and dedication. You can immediately tell that these are true professionals who don't give up just because something is complicated!! Our vacuum cleaner is working perfectly again!
