Water damage has been under investigation for three months. The damage occurred in one apartment, and in the apartment below, tiles were ripped out, even though it was obvious that the water could only have come from above. This information was passed on several times, and Aquastop itself also investigated the problem. They unnecessarily tore open a location where the damage obviously couldn't be. Very unprofessional, if not negligent. Rude and rude on top of that, after such thoughtless and stupid work. This kind of service is nerve-wracking; I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
