Mr. Mair is clearly uninterested in new business, given his promises of callbacks that never materialize. And in my case, he was incredibly rude to boot. I felt like I was bothering him instead of being a potential customer. I would have preferred an open and honest answer – that there was simply no interest because the order was too small, or whatever the reason. But thankfully, there are other companies out there.
