According to the website, they were open, but when we drove all the way to Innsbruck, there was a sign on the door saying, "All employees are out on service calls..." and that we should call. Then they should leave an employee in the store to explain the products and, if necessary, give us the phone number. Or they could just say online, "Open by appointment only"—we wouldn't have had a problem with that. It's a shame because we were looking for windows, as well as front and interior doors, for our house soon, and we really liked the Josko models.
