I called the evening before at 7 pm regarding a separate circuit breaker for the kitchen. The owner himself came early on December 31st, installed the breaker, and fitted a connector for my new oven. Everything was finished and completed within 24 hours of my call. With other electricians, you only get an answering machine these days, but ET Tirol provides excellent service, even on December 31st. 👏 I'll definitely use them again if I need an electrician!
Highly recommended! We had a problem with a light switch that needed to be fixed within a day due to carpentry work. We called in the evening and an electrician came by the very next morning :) The whole process was very quick, and both the owner and the employee were very friendly and helpful! I'm absolutely speechless with enthusiasm! I called them on Friday evening around 8:30. They explained the problem in a friendly and competent manner. Everything was fixed within a minute! Incidentally, it wasn't the residual current device (RCD), but a problem that the average person wouldn't be aware of. Nevertheless, it was explained clearly and quickly, and the issue was resolved immediately. Thank you so much!!! That's exactly the kind of service you hope for!
