I bought floorboards in August (!!) of last year, and due to various circumstances, I couldn't have them installed until March! Jakschitz didn't ask me about storage fees or anything like that. Quite the opposite: they were absolutely helpful in every way, something you rarely find these days...I was extremely pleasantly surprised - highly recommended!

Leaving customers with incorrectly ordered goods to fend for themselves instead of quickly rectifying the mistake unfortunately deserves no more than 2 stars.
