Worst customer experience I’ve had at a gym. I had an extremely disappointing experience. I booked a free trial through the gym’s website, and nowhere during the booking process was it stated that you need to present an address in Innsbruck. When I arrived, I was told about this requirement. The customer assistant initially didn’t want to speak English, which is completely fine because I also speak German. However, the way he spoke to me in German was very rude and disrespectful, even though I was calm and polite the entire time. I simply asked him to explain why this requirement is not mentioned on the website, and instead of giving a professional explanation, he responded in a very unfriendly and dismissive manner. When I asked to speak to a manager, he refused and told me “no” in a disrespectful way. After that, I even offered to just pay for a single training session, but he wouldn’t allow me to do that either. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and unfriendly customer service at a gym. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this place based on how customers are treated.

The best gym in Innsbruck, there is plenty of spots, and apart from 17-19 it is not too packed. They are the only one gym in Innsbruck to offer cancel-anytime option. The only nit: I would prefer more free weight areas instead of the machines.
Excellent gym and part of a chain to best of my knowledge. While I'm not sure how much a subscription costs (you can look it up on the website), and single entry is 10 euros. Lots of machines and training space and although there were many other people training while I was there, the place didn't feel as full and needn't wait for workout machines to become free. The downside is that the treadmills are set to stop after 30 minutes so of you plan longer runs, you need to stop and restart every time.
Fairly decently equipped commercial gym that is open 24/7 and is in a fairly central location in the city. Can be somewhat crowded depending on the time you’re going there. Also for some inexplicable reason, there were lots of 15kg plates but almost no 20kg plates.
