It's outrageous what they're doing. They shut off the water to an entire building (planned for two hours) and then leave without turning it back on. In the end, we were without water for several hours. And to top it off, the employee on the emergency hotline was disrespectful and rude. She's in the wrong profession.
CATASTROPHIC. They shut off our water (apparently for two hours). Several hours have passed and it's still not working. We called an emergency number, but no one answered. The woman from the emergency line finally called back after two hours and was extremely unpleasant. I have no idea what they do for a living, but it's definitely not what they should be doing.
