We purchased a kitchen for our newly renovated apartment from HEK Küchenwelt. From the initial appointment to the completion of the installation, we received prompt, professional, and friendly service. Our ideas and wishes were discussed and perfectly implemented, from the electrical outlets to the stove. Every scheduled appointment was kept precisely, and any additional requests or questions were handled quickly and courteously. We highly recommend HEK Küchenwelt and their teams and are absolutely delighted with our experience.

The refrigerator door looks exactly like the photos after a year; you can't get the stains off… The wooden panel has a stain that can't be removed by cleaning; it was installed like that! Our oven wasn't installed by the installation team because they said that since I'm an electrician anyway, I could do it myself… One of our cabinets won't open; you can push as hard as you want, but you have to somehow pull the door open from the top. You can have a few expectations when you're spending this much money. I then tried to contact them by phone, but on the other end of the line was an unmotivated, incompetent employee who didn't know how to speak. Maybe he has other qualifications, but you don't put someone like that behind the phone. The connection failed as soon as he picked up the phone; you could really tell he wasn't very approachable. Any attempt at communication was pointless. Delivery and installation were on time.

We are absolutely impressed with the HEK kitchen world!! Ismet gave us a good feeling from the very first moment and gave us excellent advice. We immediately realized that we were in good hands and definitely wanted to plan and buy our kitchen here. At our very first appointment, he created a 3D plan with us (which takes several weeks with other kitchen planners) and helped us visualize everything better. He spent a lot of time with us several times, always helping us along the way, and was very patient with us. His suggestions and advice helped us create not only a beautiful but, above all, a practical kitchen. We were so impressed that we even had him plan our bathroom furniture and are more than satisfied! The kitchen and bathroom were installed by the carpenter within 2 days, and everything went smoothly! The quality and value for money are unbeatable.
