I contacted the owner several times and requested a quote. Each time, I was assured that the quote would be sent that same day – unfortunately, it never arrived. After several failed attempts, I've gotten the impression that reliability isn't a priority here. Very disappointing.

I know the owners and the company quite well and have even referred a few customers to others. In the beginning, everything was always perfect: the quality was good, the work was completed on time, and the price was right. Unfortunately, over time, I realized that the owners had begun taking on more orders than they could handle themselves. The result: they were completely out of time, deadlines were missed repeatedly without notice, work became sloppy, and agreements could no longer be remembered. A noticeable overwhelm in the pursuit of large orders. It's a real shame, because the owners are very good and didn't need this approach. Unfortunately, you've lost me as a customer, but I'm just too small a fish.
