The locksmith service is located directly inside the DEZ shopping center, on the ground floor. They can make duplicate keys for you, allowing you to then shop in peace and quiet in the DEZ stores, or enjoy a meal or a drink. Parking is available on the DEZ grounds and in the parking garage. It's also easily accessible by public transport (IVB lines).
The staff there were very competent. Even though my issue couldn't be resolved due to its complexity, I was still very satisfied with the service!
Absolutely fantastic, I needed to get a car key duplicated. The transponder was copied in no time. They did a super friendly and, above all, competent job.
I went to Mister Minit in the Sillpark shopping center to have my ignition key duplicated. They ruined the blank, but three days later I received a replacement and a refund. I quickly found a replacement online (Google), and after a one-minute phone call, I went straight to the DEZ shopping center. The key was copied and works perfectly. I'm very satisfied. However, I do think €30 for cutting a key is quite expensive, hence the four instead of five stars.
