I recently had a problem with my door slamming shut, and my apartment key was still in the lock on the inside. Unfortunately, even the spare key was useless in that situation 🥲 After calling, the locksmith arrived within 5-10 minutes and quickly opened the door. Thanks to Mr. Held! I was informed about the price beforehand (€130 during normal daytime hours), so everything was transparent and professional. Sure, it's a lot of money, but expertise comes at a price.
On the evening of June 20th, I needed help from the Haid locksmith service on Dr. Stumpfstrasse, after another company had failed to help us due to an incompetent technician. We would like to sincerely thank the locksmiths from Inzing. Everything is working perfectly now!

Highly recommended. On Sunday evening, we found ourselves locked out; the lock was clearly broken. The security guard determined that a broken spring in the lock required the use of an angle grinder, which could have been done immediately. Due to the late hour and out of consideration for our neighbors, we agreed to come back the next day. As promised, we received a call, and the broken lock was professionally removed without damaging the door and replaced with a new one. Despite the difficult situation, the guard was very patient.
