I went there for a letter of attorney and I don't speak German. The front desk staff which had to type the notarization letter didn't speak English, which is completely fine but they were impatient with me and lost their temper after I asked them to correct a mistake which resulted in a long wait. The notary was professional and quick but their staff is not. If you're a foreigner and don't speak German, go somewhere else.
