I'm so impressed with Lisa and Bluey. They do a fantastic job, regularly and thoroughly, and Bluey even sniffed out a mouse nest right before my eyes! Amazing! I have to say, I'd gladly use them again and again, and have for years. Since Bluey joined the team, I'm twice as happy because he's so friendly too. Lisa is always easy to reach and always makes sure she comes back promptly. Top-notch! I highly recommend them!

Subject: Marten on the roof Very unreliable! Appointments were repeatedly forgotten, no callbacks or apologies – after almost a month, the long-promised appointment finally took place, but all they did was deliver a live trap to the neighbor's house, which we were then expected to attach to the roof ourselves. Apparently, he wouldn't go up on the roof himself. We were also expected to relocate the animal ourselves. After just one night, the box was already broken and unusable – the wooden box warped in the rain, and the lid no longer closes, rendering it completely useless. Poor, unreliable service!

We've been working with Anticimex for some time now and receive excellent support. Lisa deserves special mention! She's exceptionally knowledgeable, passionate about her work, finds the right and efficient solution for every challenge, and is always there for the customer.
