Exceptional service. Matthias Karbacher handled the sale of the house with great professionalism, clarity, and personal dedication. It was especially valuable that this was my late father's house, and his coordination with the buyer allowed us to spend one last Christmas there.
I had the pleasure of having Silvija Andrasevic as my real estate agent for the sale of my apartment. She is extremely professional, very dedicated, and helpful! She gave me valuable tips and advice and was very diligent right up to the end. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you, dear Silvija.
Annalisa was very professional and helped very good with the whole proces from showing the property till signing the contract. She is very easy to approach and respons fast on questions. In short: A very good experience!
I have never met so unprofessional people. They promise to answer, to send a offer and no any result. I have been there 3 times.
Extremely unprofessional and weird. The agent didn't speak English (the website says he does), didn't answer a single email, only called on the phone - later I understood why. He didn't want anything in writing because he tried to offer us "a discount" for Mietvertragserrichtungskosten, saying that we can pay 400 instead of 700 euro, just without getting a receipt. Requiring this money from a tenant (not mentioning the receipt thing) is ILLEGAL in Austria. When i asked for explanation, he became very rude and demanded the payment, threatening that he'll find someone else who will agree to pay. UPD: I never asked anyone to talk to anyone. I heard about the Mietvertragserrichtungskosten from your agent in the same sentence with the discount-no-receipt offer.
