I would instead rate it as 4.7 instead of 4, but I don't see that option. Service 5: Professional, friendly, prompt. They are all the only ones who came home and had a look, otherwise rest others shared the quotation. Price 4.7: Got a nice competitive price, however would be nice if their travel time from their office to my home and way back is not calculated and to remove some break time. I don't blame them for this, as I see in general everyone is charging. Overall I had a positive experience and recommend. Suggestion: would be nice if we can get fixed price quotation so that no need to monitor or worry about the end bill :).
