Sales process was good. Implementation was bumpy. Inverter failed after 8 months. Subsequent installation was sloppy. No customer service was available for questions about the sold hardware. I had the PV system installed on my roof at the end of 2024. The installation team was very motivated. However, as the homeowner, I was also concerned about the workers. Some work was carried out in complete darkness and late in the evening. The workers would have gladly worked on Sunday as well. I wasn't present for the entire initial installation. Therefore, I was also annoyed afterward that the skylight was forgotten when the work was completed. Thankfully, it didn't rain that weekend. When a PV module was subsequently installed in the summer of 2025, only one model should have needed to be mounted on an existing rail system. Again, I was informed by phone that the work was finished. In fact, a 4-meter-long rail had been left on the roof! It was lying parallel to the roof tiles on the opposite side of the roof and would probably have slipped/fallen into the garden with even a little wind. During this reinstallation, several roof tiles were damaged, and screws and other small parts were left lying on the roof. Considering the amount of work involved, this resulted in a disproportionate number of unnecessary problems. After eight months, the inverter also failed. It had likely been out of service for two to three weeks. However, I was not informed of the defect via the app or email. Only after I insisted was I added to the email distribution list after the replacement, so I could be notified of any further malfunctions. Despite several inquiries, I still haven't been told why the device failed and needed to be replaced. In January 2026, I compared the actual electricity consumption with the data from the inverter's app and found discrepancies of 7% to 12% in the annual consumption. Despite three inquiries, I received no answer as to the cause of these discrepancies or, for example, the power consumption of the installed inverter. They said they were too busy with installations due to their order volume and that they would get back to me when they had a chance. After almost three months and four emails from me, I'm now receiving no response at all from their contacts. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company. The hardware they use is questionable. Technical support is nonexistent. It seems they can't even forward my questions to the manufacturer in Austria. The manufacturer is also unreachable for end customers. Or perhaps they're just as overwhelmed.

From the planning stage to the construction work and finally to the handover of the fully functional system, everything was perfectly organized. We would like to thank you again most sincerely. The Nigg Family

A highly competent company with excellent employees, from the office staff to the installation team. I was kept informed about everything at all times, and the processes ran smoothly. Thank you again for your hard work, and I will recommend you to anyone.

We are thrilled with the performance of Mission Solar. 1) Quotation: Thanks to their expertise, clear explanations, comparisons, credible and comprehensible documentation and data, etc., it was very easy to decide to award the contract during our friendly discussions. 2) Planning and Preparation: Helpful tips and ideas combined to create a fast and ideal plan for our 1933 building using modern methods (drone surveying, visualizations, etc.). 3) Implementation: Top-notch, well-coordinated installers installed the entire system in record time. The work was carried out with great care, cleanliness, and, especially in our older building, with great consideration for the structure. The support provided by the office (subsidies, coordination, etc.) was also excellent.
