There was a delay due to delivery problems, yes, but what company or self-employed person hasn't experienced that since the pandemic? The installation appointment was kept, and the work was carried out neatly and correctly. The staff were very friendly and professional. Definitely 5 stars!

I've personally had nothing but bad experiences with this company so far. When they replaced windows and doors, it was just a mess and the work was sloppy. They quoted four days for the job, but now, five months later, nothing is finished. They obviously employ people who have no idea how to do a clean job. My advice: don't give them any work.
