The technician was extremely disinterested and unfriendly. The device wasn't even two months old, yet he handled it as if it were 20 years old. Why does someone have to be so unfriendly and disrespectful? I'll never understand it; no normal person would do that! I do not recommend this company. I reported the situation directly to the brand. Despite the extended warranty, the item is still defective, and absolutely nothing has been done about it. No thanks, never again.

One star because zero isn't an option, although that would be more justified. Fragner charges €87 for the call-out and €75 for half an hour of technician time (who was only there for 8 minutes and did absolutely NOTHING) – an exorbitant amount. You hear it from everyone, but if you have no other choice, you have to call them. The technician was more than uninterested in doing anything or helping. His reasoning: the type plate was missing, so unfortunately, nothing could be done – for a 3-year-old dishwasher. This was apparently also because I complained on the phone that I didn't want the same technician to come again (so they obviously can't handle criticism). I have never in my life dealt with a more unprofessional company (this is also reflected in the statements of the management, where they insult customers and can't even apologize for mistakes they admit to having made). My advice: don't buy Whirlpool appliances so you have nothing to do with them.

I'm very happy with my purchase! The dishwasher works perfectly and the entire process was seamless. I'd especially like to commend the technician: he was extremely friendly, competent, and carried out the installation quickly and professionally – highly recommended!
