Great company! Before throwing anything away, you should have your appliances checked or repaired by them! I repaired my steam ironing station myself. I received excellent information and the right spare part. Their spare parts inventory is fantastic! I highly recommend them.

From the moment you enter the shop, you're greeted by a very warm atmosphere! Customer-focused, speedy service, and the DeLonghi coffee machine was analyzed within a 2-hour phone call! Great! The repair order was placed, even though the machine is quite old! And the best part is, it can be picked up on Monday after the weekend! The cost, including the error analysis, is around €200! Wonderful; the machine will certainly run for another few years and make great café latte and much more. Thank you, another expert with knowledge and common sense, and right in the heart of Linz! The price/performance ratio is perfect! I'll pick up my beloved machine on Monday!
We've had excellent experiences there for over 10 years now. We simply sent our coffee machines for repair via parcel service. The first time, the repair was extremely affordable; the second time, with the mention of a repair bonus, it was also very inexpensive; and the third time, it was FREE, even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with the machine! 100 out of 100 points for competence, price, and performance. That's a rare find in the repair industry these days.
This was my first contact with this company. Even during the initial phone call describing the problem and inquiring about a replacement part for a rather old vacuum cleaner, I received very friendly and competent advice. I was able to pick it up the very next day. While I was there, I also picked up another appliance (under warranty). The employee on site was also polite and helpful. I was contacted to arrange collection once the product arrived. Their customer service is definitely recommended.
