From the initial contact to the completed repair, everything went perfectly. During the phone call, all the appliance's (dishwasher's) details were requested, and an appointment was scheduled for the day after next. The technician, I believe it was Mr. Reichenauer, naturally brought the spare part with him, and the appliance was repaired in no time. I would gladly use your services again.
